Bonus Terms

1 - Bonus Limits

All bonuses are limited to one per person, household, computer, or IP address unless otherwise specified.

2 - Forfeiting Bonuses

Players can forfeit their bonus amount at any time and withdraw any remaining Real Money balance.

3 - Wagering Requirements

Free Spin winnings and Cashback are subject to a 10x wagering requirement. Reload Bonuses carry a 35x wagering requirement unless otherwise stated in the campaign terms. If no specific wagering information is provided when receiving a Reload Bonus, the default requirement is thirty-five (35x) times the bonus amount.

4 - Bonus Money and Real Money

Real Money and Bonus Money will be used in the following order:

1. Real Money
2. Bonus Money

Real Money bets cannot be used to clear Bonus Wagering Requirements. Only when placing a Bonus Money bet, or a bet containing Bonus Money, is the wagering requirement decreased by the amount of Bonus Money wagered, up to a maximum of EUR 5.

5 - Negligible Bonus Balance

When the bonus balance falls below EUR 0.05, the bonus balance will be automatically forfeited.

6 - Maximum Bonus Bet

The maximum bet allowed when using Bonus Money is EUR 5 per spin or EUR 0.50 per bet line until all wagering requirements have been fulfilled. Flamez Casino reserves the right to void bets and winnings resulting from wagers of more significant amounts.

7 - Variations in Wagering Fulfilment

Please note that different games contribute different percentages towards the wagering requirements:

Some games cannot be played with Bonus Money, and an error message will appear when the player attempts to place bets or open a game excluded from bonus play.

8 - Deposit Bonus & Free Cash Expirations

Unless stated otherwise, all deposit and free cash bonus offers will expire after 24 hours. Once a reward or bonus has been claimed, the player has 60 days to use it, or the remainder may be forfeited. Registered players must log in to Flamez.com and visit My Rewards to accept all rewards or bonuses and have these applied to their accounts.

9 - Bonus Money Expiration

Flamez reserves the right to withhold and remove any Bonus Money awarded if it has not been used within 60 days of the date awarded.

10 - Risk Hedging

Risk hedging, such as but not limited to betting on both red and black in a single roulette round, will not contribute to any part of a promotion. This includes bonus wagering requirements or the accumulation of any points. Players deemed to be using risk hedging tactics to redeem bonuses or cash prizes risk having their bonuses, cash prizes, and any subsequent winnings removed.

11 - Free Spins for Specific Games

Flamez Casino will allocate the Free Spins provided as part of any promotion or offer to a game of their choice.

12 - Incomplete Feature Plays

Winnings from "free spins" or "bonus" features initiated with Bonus Money but completed after the bonus has been wagered, lost, expired, or forfeited will be removed.

13 - Saved Progress in Games

Using Bonus Money primarily to advance through the bonus stages of games that save progress (e.g. Scrooge, Devil's Delight, Champion of the Track, Castle Builder and Robin Hood) is strictly prohibited. Doing so may result in the winnings from the bonus round and subsequent winnings being voided.

14 - Welcome Offer

Flamez Casino offers all new players 200 Free Spins on their first deposit. Each Free Spin is worth 10¢ and will be issued on a selection of games chosen by Flamez. The Free Spins are available for 24 hours once credited.

14.1 - Activation of Welcome Bonus

Players must make a minimum deposit of EUR 20 to claim the Welcome Bonus. Once the deposit is successful, 100 Free Spins will be credited automatically. The remaining 100 Free Spins will be credited in daily batches of 25 spins over the next four (4) days. Players must visit the My Rewards section to activate their rewards.

14.2 - Wagering Requirements

• Winnings from Welcome Offer Free Spins are subject to 10x wagering requirement.
• The maximum bet while using Bonus Money is EUR 5 per spin or EUR 0.50 per bet line.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

15 - Daily Cashback

The Cashback Meter (also known as the progress bar) tracks the player's progress toward earning daily cashback. Cashback is awarded as a percentage of the player's net losses in Real Money, and this percentage increases each time the player completes a level. The Cashback Meter resets daily at midnight UTC, and the cashback percentage can range from 5% to 15%, depending on the player's progress.

• Cashback is calculated daily based on Real Money losses from 00:00 to 23:59 UTC.
• Cashback is paid between 00:01 and 01:00 UTC the following day.
• Cashback is calculated as follows: (Real Money + Bonus Money bets) – (Real Money + Bonus Money wins) – bonuses granted – jackpot contributions + (bonuses forfeited + bonuses auto-forfeited + bonuses expired).
• The player must meet the minimum Real Money bet amount to qualify for each cashback level.
• Minimum cashback payout is EUR 2.
• Maximum cashback payout is EUR 200 per day.
• Cashback is credited with a 10x wagering requirement.
• Cashback rewards expire 24 hours after being credited.
• Cashback percentage is based on the player's current level. Progress resets daily unless boosted.
• Opposite betting is not allowed. Abuse Policy: Cashback is intended for genuine gameplay only. Any form of abuse — including opposite betting, risk-free betting strategies, or collusion between accounts — is strictly prohibited. Flamez reserves the right to withhold cashback, void winnings, and close accounts in cases of suspected abuse.

16 - VIP Cashback

For VIP members, the daily cashback begins at 10% and can reach up to 20%, and is subject to a lower wagering requirement of 1x (one-time). All other daily cashback conditions outlined in Section 15 apply.

17 - Buy Free Spins Bundles

• The player must use Real Money from the active balance to purchase Free Spins.
• The player must have sufficient funds in the account to purchase Free Spins. If not, the player will be prompted to add funds. The amount stated on the Reward Card (showing the offer in "My Rewards") will be deducted from the account's Real Money balance once the player confirms the purchase.
• Unless otherwise stated on the Reward Card, purchased Free Spins must be claimed within 24 hours of purchase.
• Funds used to purchase Reward Cards are non-refundable.
• Purchased Free Spins will be allocated to the slot specified on the Reward Card immediately after purchase and cannot be transferred to any other game.
• Once the player has met the Free Spins' wagering requirements, winnings will be converted to Real Money and credited to the player's account.
• The player can check and play the remaining Free Spins balance anytime by selecting the game specified on the Reward Card.
• Each purchase of a Buy Free Spins Bundle is recorded in the player's Transaction History.
• Reward availability may vary based on the current offer.
• Free Spins purchased as part of a Buy Free Spins Bundle do not contribute toward VIP Cashback.
• Unless stated otherwise on the specific reward card, the expiry dates and wagering requirements in these Bonus Terms apply.

18 - Balance Booster Bonus

• The Balance Booster bonus is credited to the player's account as Bonus Money, and the deposited amount connected to the Balance Booster will also be converted into Bonus Money.
• The amount converted from the deposit toward the Balance Booster bonus will be subject to the percentage and maximum bonus amount offered in the corresponding promotion.
• Normal bonus wagering requirements of thirty-five (35x) apply (deposit amount connected to the bonus offer + bonus amount granted by Flamez) unless stated otherwise in the offer's terms and conditions.
• Any attempt to withdraw the Balance Booster Balance before meeting the wagering requirements will result in forfeiting the entire Balance Booster balance.
• All above-mentioned standard bonus terms apply.
